Lineups

Over the first six weeks of the season, I have seen several instances where teams have had inactive players (injured or on bye) in their starting lineup. And it isn't just one or two teams; it's been multiple teams. I used to go through every Sunday morning and try to text the owners that had an inactive player in their lineup. But for the most part, I don't take the time to do that anymore. And it really isn't my job, but I want a fair league.

This tells me that maybe people have kind of lost interest, and it's time to move on. Which is fine- if you've talked to me recently, you know I've been talking about retiring for about five years now! If it is decided that this league has run its course, that's cool. I just won't renew it for next year. But for the rest of this season, at least, can everyone please make an extra effort to check their lineups before games start each week so we can play out this season fair and square.

Thanks.

And thanks to the owners who have been checking their lineups every week!
