• There is a LIMIT of 1 voting ballot per team, not per co-owner.
• A NON-Vote is just that, a NON-Vote, there is no value associated with a missing ballot. IT will NOT be included in the results!
• A simple majority of submitted ballots will determine the outcome of a voting question.
• TIES do NOT count as an approved rule change. The rule change will be recorded as Denied.

Here are the dates to keep in mind:

• June 15: Ballots are sent out and voting opens.
• July 15: Voting closes
• July 18: Voting results are sent out, draft preparations can begin.

Here is a brief timeline relating to the change process:

1. June 1: The window to submit rule changes will very patriotically close.
2. June 1 - 15:  Rule Change Committee will review the submissions, research potential impacts, make any necessary modifications and prepare the Voting Ballot.  During this period, we "MIGHT" send out an early ballot to allow people to voice rebuttals or counter points to the ballot items (this was suggested during last year's draft), but we are yet undecided if this is more effort than necessary.
3. June 15:  Ballots are sent out and voting opens
4. July 15:  Voting closes
5. July 18:  Voting results are sent out and preparations for this year's draft can begin.
