Penalty vote

Thank you to the 11 teams that voted on this penalty situation. With 54% of the vote, the 100 point penalty will be enforced on We Love Boobies.

A rule change will go into effect for next year, that a player will need to be dropped when a waiver bid is placed. No longer allowing any team to ever have more than 17 players. I had it set to be able to drop at a later time because during waivers, you may have several contingent choices and it makes it convenient to drop after you know who you got.  The penalty rule was supposed to be a deterrent and not supposed to be something that ruins a teams season. This rule change will stop all that.

I can't make the change for this year as it would not be fair to Boobies stopping others from the potential of suffering the penalty. This vote sets the president that no reason whatsoever will allow a team to carry more than 17 players through the week.

Wrong video

Sorry I shared the wrong flight. Pretty scary to fly these days.

Penalty for too many players

If you are not aware, but I know many of you are as many have let me know, boobies carried too many players this week. I did make him aware of the issue and he informed me in the middle of the night the reason why.

He was onboard this flight that caught fire https://youtu.be/sv_qIi82KTA?is=YhEZY_lGn7rvPtLo

The penalty is very harsh and designed for a team to forfeit winning in the week. He lost his head to head already. He could lose the top 6 anyway. As a commissioner, I have assessed the 100 point penalty on him in the past causing him a lot of $ during the position rounds, but in this case, I want to throw it out for a vote. Do we give him a pass? Do we just ensure hee lospenalty? Points to lose top 6? Do we give the 100 point pentalty?

I am going to put out a poll for everyone to vote. Nobody will be able to see how you voted. I can make any adjustments at any time so there is no hurry. I will make the decision based on the votes before waivers begin next week, so the deadline to vote is Wednesday at 8pm.

FYI, Rego has informed me he is ok. Just shaken up.
