San Francisco 49ers running back Isaac Guerendo (pectoral) tore his pectoral muscle lifting weights around a month ago, and head coach Kyle Shanahan said that he could be ready at the end of training camp this summer, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Torn pectoral muscles typically end a player's season, so we're still a bit skeptical that the 25-year-old will be ready so soon. Even before his injury, the former fourth-rounder in 2024 out of Louisville had seen his stock drop considerably after not seeing a single offensive snap in Shanahan's offense in 2025 in his second year in the NFL. Brian Robinson Jr., who was the team's backup behind Christian McCaffrey last season, is now in Atlanta, but both Jordan James and rookie fifth-rounder Kaelon Black probably have a clearer path to RB2 duties in the Bay Area in 2026, especially now that Guerendo is going to miss the start of camp. Guerendo has elite speed and averaged 5.0 yards per carry on 84 rushing attempts in 16 games as a rookie, but his redraft and dynasty stock are currently at an all-time low.

New Orleans Saints tight end Noah Fant is coming off one of the least productive seasons of his career in 2025, recording 34 receptions for 288 yards and three touchdowns on 41 targets across 15 games for the Cincinnati Bengals. While Fant's production was enough to land him a two-year, $8.75 million contract from the Saints, just $4.5 million of Fant's money is guaranteed. His playing time outlook in New Orleans is also highly uncertain, as Saints TE1 Juwan Johnson is coming off a breakout season and the team used a third-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft on University of Georgia tight end Oscar Delp. As he enters his eighth year in the NFL, Fant has now failed to record more than 50 catches or 500 receiving yards in a season since 2021. Dynasty managers should feel comfortable dropping Fant as he enters his age-29 campaign.

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said he thinks wide receiver Rashee Rice (knee) will be "ready for camp as we go forward," per Around the NFL. Rice underwent knee surgery in mid-May and is also currently serving a 30-day jail sentence in Dallas County after violating the terms of his probation for his role in a high-speed car crash. The 26-year-old has had his fair share of both injury and off-field issues, as he's played in just 12 games over the past two seasons due to a knee injury, a league suspension, and a concussion. Rice was a productive player when on the field in 2025, recording 53 catches for 571 yards and five touchdowns on 78 targets across eight games. However, Rice's inability to stay on the field with any consistency makes his profile extremely risky for fantasy managers.

New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Jordyn Tyson's participation in OTAs on Thursday was "very limited," per Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football. Tyson dealt with a hamstring injuries during the pre-draft process and in college, and the Saints are officially managing his workload as part of a maintenance plan to build him back up after an extended absence from football. The eighth overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, Tyson recorded 61 catches for 711 yards and eight touchdowns across nine games in his final season at Arizona State. Assuming he's able to stay healthy, Tyson should immediately step in as the number two option in the Saints' passing game alongside star wideout Chris Olave. It does not appear as though Tyson's status for training camp or the start of the 2026 season is in jeopardy, but fantasy managers should still monitor for updates on his progress over the course of the summer.

Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell (knee) is in attendance but not participating in his team's OTAs, per DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN. Dell missed the entire 2025 season while recovering from the catastrophic knee injury he suffered in December 2024. The 26-year-old has a chance to be ready to go at some point in 2026 for Houston, but his return timeline currently remains uncertain. Across 14 games before getting injured in 2024, Dell recorded 51 catches for 667 yards and three touchdowns on 81 targets. He's flashed significant upside when healthy, but Dell is now attempting to come back from tearing his ACL, MCL, and LCL ligaments while also suffering meniscus damage. His production outlook is very difficult to project, which makes him a risky gamble for fantasy managers heading into 2026.

Arizona Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur is unbothered and unconcerned by quarterback Jacoby Brissett's absence from OTAs, per Grant Gordon of NFL.com. The veteran signal-caller is entering the final season of his two-year, $12.5 million contract with the Cardinals and is agitating for a new deal. While Brissett has largely operated as a backup to this point in his 10-season NFL career, he currently sits atop the Arizona depth chart. Brissett also performed well after taking over as the Cardinals' QB1 in Week 6 of 2025, throwing for 3,366 yards, 23 touchdowns, and eight interceptions across 14 games (12 starts). While it's unlikely that Arizona views the 33-year-old Brissett as its quarterback of the future, he profiles as one of the better stopgap options in the league and would certainly outperform his current contract on the open market. The quarterbacks behind Brissett on the Cardinals depth chart are veteran journeyman Gardner Minshew II and 2026 third-round pick Carson Beck.

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Darnell Washington is participating in OTAs, per Mark Kaboly of The Pat McAfee Show. The 24-year-old ended the 2025 season on injured reserve after suffering a broken arm in Week 17, but it appears that he's fully healthy and ready to go heading into 2026. Across 16 games before getting injured last season, Washington hauled in 31 receptions for 364 yards and one touchdown on 43 targets. While Washington's numbers were all career-bests, he has not been able to establish himself as a reliable pass-catcher since being selected by Pittsburgh in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft. With fellow Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth still in the picture entering 2026, Washington appears unlikely to see a major role change in the upcoming season. New York Giants second-year quarterback Jaxson Dart addressed his teammates in a meeting on Tuesday to discuss his introduction of President Donald Trump last week at a political rally, sources told Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. Other team leaders spoke up as well, and Dart and the players worked through what was a very controversial topic of the weekend. The team is moving forward. It was a very questionable decision for the 23-year-old to put himself out there politically like that, and it caused some social-media backlash by defensive lineman Abdul Carter, among others. It's not going to be much of an issue by the time the regular season rolls around, but new head coach John Harbaugh had to do a little damage control for the locker room. On the football field, Dart, a first-rounder in 2025, heads into his first full season as the starter for the G-Men as a low-end QB1 target in fantasy drafts. Despite playing in only 14 games as a rookie, Dart was a top-15 fantasy QB thanks to his impressive dual-threat abilities under center. The Ole Miss product threw for 15 touchdowns and ran for another nine. With a strong group of offensive skill players all around him, Dart is set up for success in 2026 and into the future under Harbaugh.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren is down to 205 lbs. for OTAs and is "looking slimmer" per Chris Adamski of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Warren was listed at 215 lbs. for the 2025 season. The 27-year-old set career-highs across the board last season for the Steelers, finishing the year with 1,291 yards from scrimmage and eight touchdowns on 251 touches across 16 games (15 starts). Entering 2026, Warren projects to split backfield reps with new Steelers running back Rico Dowdle, who was signed to a two-year contract in March. Dowdle profiles as more of a downhill, short-yardage back, so Warren's weight loss could be a sign that the team wants him to focus on shiftiness for an open-field, pass-catching role. Both Pittsburgh running backs profile as mid-tier RB3/flex options entering 2026.

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers (knee) is participating in OTA practice this week and was getting open with ease on Thursday, according to Ryan McFadden of ESPN. Bowers was the consensus top fantasy TE going into last season after he caught 112 passes on 153 targets for 1,194 yards and five touchdowns in 17 games in his rookie campaign. However, the 23-year-old former 13th overall pick out of the University of Georgia initially injured his knee in Week 1 and missed Weeks 5-7 as a result. He was never the same the rest of the way and finished with a disappointing 64-680-7 line in 12 contests (eight starts) in his sophomore campaign. Now apparently fully healthy and dominating in practices already, Bowers is a clear bounce-back candidate with league-winning upside at the position in a new offense led by head coach Klint Kubiak and new quarterbacks Kirk Cousins and rookie first overall pick Fernando Mendoza. Last year's down year due to injuries isn't really going to allow fantasy managers to purchase Bowers at a discount in 2026. He's currently ranked as the No. 2 overall TE, behind only Arizona's Trey McBride.

After a season-ending knee injury suffered in 2025, New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee) is back on the field for OTA practices this week, according to Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post. The injury bug finally bit Wilson in his fourth year in the NFL, limiting him to seven starts and 36 receptions for 395 yards and four touchdowns on 59 targets last year. The 25-year-old briefly returned in Week 10 against the Cleveland Browns, only to sprain the same knee after 19 offensive snaps. He was shut down for the rest of the way after that. The former 10th overall pick in 2022 out of Ohio State has the skills to rebound as the Jets' top wideout, but can he really do it with veteran quarterback Geno Smith, who was terrible in 2025 in Vegas, leading the offense? Wilson could also have more target competition after the addition of rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq and rookie wideout Omar Cooper Jr. He will at least come at a discounted price on draft day, with RotoBaller ranking Wilson as the WR17 overall going into his fifth year in the NFL.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder) is wearing a yellow no-contact jersey during OTA practices this week after having surgery in the offseason to fully repair the torn labrum in his left shoulder, according to sports reporter Matt Foster. The 23-year-old speedster injured his shoulder in the Week 1 regular-season opener in 2025 and missed the following two games as a result. The former 28th overall pick in 2024 out of the University of Texas played in 14 games (13 starts) in his sophomore campaign and took a step back, catching 42 of his 73 targets for 532 yards and only one touchdown. Worthy has elite speed on the football field, but as long as Rashee Rice is active, he's been a distant second on KC's depth chart. His disappointing Year 2 performance has dropped him to No. 52 in RotoBaller's 2026 WR rankings, but with better health and Rice potentially facing another suspension to begin the year, Worthy's stock could be back on the rise in the coming months. Tight end Travis Kelce, now 37, also can't be relied on as much for a big role in the passing game.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee) is being limited to 7-on-7 work during OTA practices this week, according to Pete Sweeney of The Kansas City Star. The fact that Mahomes is even participating at all in voluntary workouts at the end of May is a positive for the Chiefs after he tore his ACL and LCL in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Chargers last year. The 30-year-old superstar is making great progress, and if he continues at this rate, he'll have an excellent chance to play in the Week 1 2026 regular-season opener on Monday Night Football against the division-rival Denver Broncos. The six-time Pro Bowler and two-time MVP has finished as the QB11 in fantasy football in each of the last two years, and there's a chance his top receiver, Rashee Rice (knee), is suspended once again to begin the upcoming season. While we can't put anything past Mahomeboy after his stellar nine-year career so far, he's been trending down in fantasy the last two years and is now coming off major knee surgery. RotoBaller has him viewed as more of a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 target in fantasy drafts later this year.

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is one of the best pure passers in the NFL, but persistent injuries have capped his fantasy upside and raised some questions about his long-term dynasty outlook. Burrow has played 10 or fewer games in two of the last three seasons. Last year, he was healthy for just eight games, as he totaled 1,809 passing yards, 17 passing touchdowns, and five interceptions. Those are great results on a per-game basis, but he ultimately let down many of his fantasy managers as they were forced to pivot to other quarterbacks when he got hurt. A healthy Burrow can be a top-five dynasty quarterback. After all, he was QB4 or higher in each of the two years where he played all 17 games. However, the injury concern is valid, and it has resulted in him falling to QB6 in RotoBaller's dynasty rankings. He's still a high-upside dynasty quarterback, but he has fallen out of the top three tiers.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love's dynasty outlook has taken a hit in recent years. Formerly a first-round pick, Love seemed like a top dynasty option after finishing as the QB5 in 2023. However, he has fallen to QB15 or lower in each of his last two seasons, raising questions about whether he can be a top-12 option (and a fantasy starter) going forward. The Packers' identity has been a run-first offense lately, leaving fewer pass attempts for Love. In 2025, Green Bay ran the ball 47.69%, which was fifth-most in the NFL. Love doesn't have a ton of flashy weapons around him, either. Romeo Doubs departed in free agency, leaving him with Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, and Matthew Golden as his top wide receivers. Tight end Tucker Kraft (knee) is also in the mix, and while he has a great track record, he's working his way back from injury. If the Packers continue to be run-heavy for years to come, Love will likely struggle to emerge as a QB1 in fantasy football consistently, despite having a talented throwing arm. Dynasty managers should be open to the idea of trading him away and upgrading at the quarterback position.

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz finished as the overall TE10 in PPR leagues last year, but there are questions about his dynasty outlook as he prepares for his age-30 season. Schultz played in all 17 games last year, catching 82 passes for 777 yards and three touchdowns. His 106 targets ranked second on the team, putting him just 14 targets behind team leader Nico Collins. The involvement was very encouraging, and his high reception total made up for the fact that he wasn't a huge touchdown threat. However, as the Texans' receiver room gets better and healthier, Schultz could fall out of favor. Collins is an ever-present threat, Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel are due for Year 2 breakouts, and Tank Dell (knee) is working his way back from injury. Therefore, although Schultz may still have the tight end room to himself, it's hard to imagine he'll end up with 100+ targets again. He projects as more of a mid-to-low TE2 going forward in dynasty leagues.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III has generated plenty of buzz this offseason. Not only are fantasy managers getting excited about the young receiver, but Bears head coach Ben Johnson has expressed optimism, too. "I'm buying Luther Burden stock right now," Johnson said. "He's been extremely coachable." Burden was arguably the most dependable Bears receiver in 2025, especially during the second half of the season. He caught 47 passes for 652 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie, and he played so well that the Bears felt compelled to trade DJ Moore this offseason. Now, Burden and Rome Odunze are competing to be the top receiver in a Bears offense that is trending up very quickly. Burden has the potential to be Caleb Williams' top target, giving him top-24 upside in fantasy football. Between being a potential Year 2 breakout and drawing praise from Johnson, Burden is a glaring trade target for fantasy managers in dynasty leagues.

Houston Texans wide receiver Jayden Higgins has emerged as a potential Year 2 breakout, and head coach Demeco Ryans indicated that Higgins has made the physical leap needed to become a weekly fantasy threat. "Bigger, stronger, and faster," Ryans said regarding Higgins. "Going to have a really great year based on what he's doing." While we need to be cautious how much trust we invest in coachspeak, these comments would suggest that the Iowa State product is ready to become a key piece in the Texans' offense, building on an impressive rookie season. In 17 games as a rookie last year, he caught 41 passes for 525 yards and six touchdowns. He was the WR47, and he could have an even easier path to production now that Christian Kirk is gone, although Tank Dell (knee) could be back in the mix. All in all, we're intrigued by the possibility of Higgins blossoming into a top-36 fantasy receiver next year. He's an intriguing trade target in dynasty leagues.

New York Jets rookie first-round tight end Kenyon Sadiq (hernia) had surgery for a sports hernia, but head coach Aaron Glenn said he expects the Oregon product to be ready for training camp, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The 21-year-old should be fine for the start of the 2026 regular season in early September, but he is going to miss valuable reps going into his first year in the NFL during OTAs and minicamp next month. Sadiq is a physical freak at 6-foot-3 and 241 pounds and is more of an oversized receiver than a traditional tight end. He caught 51 passes for 560 yards and a career-high eight touchdowns in 14 games in 2025 in his final season with the Ducks, and he could immediately be fantasy relevant in single-year leagues in 2026, even though Geno Smith will be starting at QB for the Jets. The presence of second-year TE Mason Taylor will definitely lower Sadiq's ceiling in redraft leagues, but RotoBaller already has him ranked as the No. 15 fantasy TE for the upcoming campaign.

Although the Philadelphia Eagles are expected to trade wide receiver A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots after Monday, June, 1, the two sides are "not particularly close" to pulling something off immediately next week, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. The Eagles want a 2027 first-rounder in exchange for Brown, and the Patriots reportedly do not want to give up a 2027 first-rounder, as of right now. New England remains the most likely destination for Brown before the 2026 regular season, but another suitor could emerge if the Eagles and Patriots are struggling to work out a deal that pleases both sides. Schefter said that trade talks surrounding Brown could drag on for the "foreseeable future." The Eagles' moves this offseason -- trading for Dontayvion Wicks and drafting Makai Lemon in the first round -- have all pointed to Brown being moved, so that's still the likely resolution. The Pats signed Romeo Doubs in free agency, but they also cut Stefon Diggs and are looking for a true No. 1 wideout like Brown. Brown had his sixth 1,000-receiving season in 2025, but he averaged a career-low 12.9 yards per catch in 15 starts in his fourth and likely last year in Philly.
