Micah Parsons Mar 30 11:50pm ET
    Micah Parsons

Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst said at the league meetings this week that "everything's good" with All-Pro pass-rusher Micah Parsons' (knee) rehab from the torn ACL that he suffered in the Week 15 loss to the Denver Broncos, according to Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Parsons had surgery on his knee on Dec. 30, which was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache. Gutekunst would not put a timeline on when Parsons might be back for Green Bay. "No, we're really early in this," Gutekunst said. "Obviously, we invested quite a bit in him, so we will be very protective of that investment as we go forward." The Packers sent two first-round picks and defensive tackle Kenny Clark to the Dallas Cowboys for Parsons, who is a game-wrecking sack artist when he's at full strength. Parsons earned first-team All-Pro honors for the third time in 2025 and had 12.5 sacks and 79 QB pressures in 14 games before his knee injury. The 26-year-old will come at a discounted price in 2026 in IDP fantasy formats because of his left-knee injury and the fact that he's expected to miss at least the first three or four weeks of the 2026 regular season.

Deshaun Watson Mar 30 11:40pm ET
    Deshaun Watson

Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam told a group of local reporters at the league meetings this week that quarterback Deshaun Watson (Achilles) has a "great chance" and a "fresh start" with new head coach Todd Monken, according to Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN. It comes a year after Haslam called the team's trade for Watson a "big swing-and-miss." The Browns gave the 30-year-old a five-year, fully guaranteed $230 million deal back in March of 2022, and the three-time Pro Bowler has only played in 19 games for the team, completing just 61.2% of his passes for 3,365 yards, 19 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. The Browns could add QB competition through the draft, but as of now, all signs are pointing to Watson having the edge over Shedeur Sanders for the starting job entering the 2026 season. Watson hasn't played in an NFL game since 2024 due to a torn Achilles that required multiple surgeries. His fantasy stock in dynasty leagues is on the rise, but nothing is set in stone, and the former first overall pick in 2017 out of Clemson has a lot to prove.

    From RotoBaller

Tory Horton Mar 30 11:30pm ET
    Tory Horton

Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald said that wide receiver Tory Horton (shin, groin) probably won't be at full strength for the start of the offseason program this spring, but he is expected to be ready for training camp in late July, per John Boyle of Seahawks.com. Horton, a fifth-rounder last year out of Colorado State, got off to a great start in his first year in the NFL, catching 13 passes for 161 yards and five touchdowns in eight games while also averaging 14.9 yards per punt return, including a 95-yard touchdown. But the 23-year-old pass-catcher only ended up playing in eight games for Seattle. Horton should be healthy for the start of his sophomore season in the NFL, and he should have a bigger role on offense in Year 2, but he will still open the 2026 season as at least the WR4 behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and veteran Cooper Kupp. Horton is primarily a big-play wideout to stash in dynasty/keeper leagues.

    From RotoBaller

Zach Charbonnet Mar 30 11:20pm ET
    Zach Charbonnet

Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald mentioned that running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) is "part of the equation" for the 2026 season, which means the Seahawks are expecting him to return at some point during the upcoming season, per John Boyle of the team's official website. "Zach's a great player, he's not going to miss the whole year," Macdonald said. It's great news for a Seattle backfield that lost Kenneth Walker III in free agency after he was named Super Bowl LX MVP. The team still has George Holani and signed Emanuel Wilson on the open market, but when healthy, Charbonnet should have a leg up for the majority of the team's backfield touches as they look to defend their Super Bowl title. The 25-year-old had a bigger role in 2025 next to Walker, carrying the ball a career-high 184 times for 730 yards (4.0 yards per carry) and 12 touchdowns in 16 regular-season games, adding 20 catches for 144 yards on 24 targets. There's still a lot to like about Charb's long-term fantasy profile, but in single-year leagues, tempers should be tempered after he tore his ACL in January during the postseason. He is not expected to be fully ready for the start of the 2026 regular season.

    From RotoBaller

Travis Hunter Mar 30 11:10pm ET
    Travis Hunter

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen said that cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter (knee) is "very well ahead" of schedule in his rehab from right-knee surgery on Nov. 11 of his rookie season, according to Ryan O'Halloran of the Jacksonville Florida Times-Union. Hunter injured the LCL in his knee during practice on Oct. 30 and never played again in 2025. Coen "cannot say for certain" if Hunter will be cleared to take part in organized team activities or for mandatory minicamp in May to June. The 22-year-old former Heisman Trophy winner at Colorado was just starting to see a bigger role on offense last year before injuring his knee, and he finished with 28 catches for 298 yards and one touchdown in seven games played. The Jaguars have said they plan on Hunter having a much bigger role as a defensive back in 2026, which is bad news for the former second overall pick's stock in dynasty/keeper leagues. The Jaguars are pretty set at wideout already with Jakobi Meyers, Brian Thomas Jr., and Parker Washington, so it will be a tough battle for snaps and targets in Jacksonville's offense moving forward for Hunter.

Brandon Aiyuk Mar 30 11:10pm ET
    Brandon Aiyuk

It has felt inevitable for a while that the San Francisco 49ers would trade or release disgruntled wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (knee) this offseason. However, owner Jed York said at the owners' meetings on Monday that he would "like to see him play for us," when referring to Aiyuk. The 28-year-old former first-rounder in 2020 out of Arizona State had back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons in 2022 and 2023 and 15 total touchdowns before signing a four-year, $120 million contract with the Niners in August of 2024. Aiyuk played in only seven games that year before suffering a season-ending torn ACL. He did not play at all in 2025 and reportedly stopped showing up to the team's facilities for his rehab, which led to the 49ers voiding the guaranteed money left on his deal last year. It's still more likely that Aiyuk won't be playing in the Bay Area in 2026, and he'll be a huge question mark for fantasy managers after such a long layoff.

    From RotoBaller

Devon Achane Mar 30 10:50pm ET
    Devon Achane

Miami Dolphins general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan called running back De'Von Achane one of the "three pillars" as a player he wants to build around and lock in on a contract extension, according to David Furones of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Sullivan went on to say at the NFL owners meetings that he's not looking to trade Achane. Rumors circulated that Achane might be on the move this offseason after the new front office already cut both quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and receiver Tyreek Hill (knee) and traded Jaylen Waddle to the Denver Broncos. Achane, 24, apparently isn't going anywhere and will be part of the rebuild in South Beach. The former third-rounder in 2023 out of Texas A&M is one of the most explosive dual-threat backs in the NFL, and volume certainly won't be an issue as the only real reliable offensive threat for new quarterback Malik Willis. Achane is coming off his first 1,000-yard rushing season with 12 total touchdowns. He's a clear RB1 on volume alone, but his ceiling could be limited in what figures to be an inconsistent Miami offense.

    From RotoBaller

Breece Hall Mar 30 10:50pm ET
    Breece Hall

New York Jets general manager Darren Mougey said on Monday that he hopes to revisit contract-extension talks with franchise-tagged running back Breece Hall after the NFL draft in late April, per SNY. "Things are in a good place. I'm hopeful with Breece," Mougey said. Hall has not signed his franchise tag, but the two sides have until mid-July to work out a long-term extension. Despite a bad offense in 2025, the 24-year-old had the best year of his career with 1,065 rushing yards and four touchdowns on a career-high 243 rushing attempts over 16 games played. Hall added 36 receptions for 350 yards and another touchdown through the air. Fantasy managers in dynasty setups are hoping that Hall cannot work a long-term deal out with the Jets and he becomes a free agent again next year. For at least one more year with Gang Green, Hall will be a volume-based RB2 in what is expected to be another frustrating offensive situation with veteran QB Geno Smith running the show.

    From RotoBaller

Drake London Mar 30 9:40pm ET
    Drake London

Atlanta Falcons general manager Ian Cunningham said extension thoughts about wide receiver Drake London are "on top of mind," according to Marc Raimondi of ESPN. But right now, the Falcons are focusing on free agency and then the 2026 draft. Cunningham said that extensions for both London and star running back Bijan Robinson likely won't be focused on until after April's draft. The 24-year-old former eighth overall pick in 2022 out of USC is heading into the final year of his rookie deal and deserves a big raise after hauling in 309 catches for 3,961 yards and 22 touchdowns on 497 targets in his first four years in the league. London had a 68-919-7 line in a career-low 12 regular-season games in 2025 due to a knee issue. He was still a top-20 fantasy wideout despite missing five games. Going into 2026, London's fantasy value will carry slightly more risk with Tua Tagovailoa potentially becoming the Falcons' starting signal-caller over Michael Penix Jr. (knee), who is recovering from a torn ACL.

    From RotoBaller

Chris Olave Mar 30 9:00pm ET
    Chris Olave

New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore said at this week's owners' meetings that the team is holding extension talks with top wide receiver Chris Olave. It looks like the Saints are serious about locking up Olave as young quarterback Tyler Shough's top target for the foreseeable future. Last year, when playing with the rookie Shough, Olave caught 66 passes for 780 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games. Overall, the former first-round pass-catcher caught 100 passes for 1,163 yards and nine touchdowns in 16 starts in his fourth year in the league. It was a nice bounce-back campaign for Olave in 2025 after he played in a career-low eight games due to injury in 2024. In his four years in the league, Olave has made a name for himself, catching 291 passes on 457 targets for 3,728 yards and 19 touchdowns in 55 games played. As Shough's top target again in 2026, Olave will be a low-end WR1/high-end WR2 in fantasy football leagues.

    From RotoBaller

Cam Skattebo Mar 30 8:40pm ET
    Cam Skattebo

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo (ankle) was seen at Arizona's pro day last Friday, and he looked ready to go for the start of organized team activities next week, according to general manager Joe Schoen. "[He was] jogging around, running, jumping on ex-teammates' backs and stuff like that. I said, Will you stop?" Schoen said. "But he's declaring himself he's ready to go. So it'll be good to see him next week as well. We'll ease him back. Obviously, we don't play until September, but he's in good headspace, physically as well." The Giants aren't going to rush the 24-year-old back after having season-ending surgery to fix a dislocated ankle, but all signs point to him being a full-go for training camp and for the start of the 2026 regular season in early September. Durability could be an issue for the battering ram of an RB, but the former fourth-rounder has RB1 fantasy upside in what looks like it could be an explosive offense going forward under dual-threat QB Jaxon Dart. Skattebo had 410 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 101 carries in eight games in 2025, adding 24 catches for 207 yards and two more scores as a receiver.

    From RotoBaller

Malik Nabers Mar 30 8:30pm ET
    Malik Nabers

New York Giants general manager Joe Schoen is "hopeful" that wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) will be "ready from the jump" for Week 1 of the 2026 regular season in September, according to Dan Salomone of Giants.com. "Like I always say, we'll see," Schoen said. "As long as there's not a setback or whatever it may be, optimistic Week 1, he'll be ready. But again, you just never tell with these things and how they're going to react or if there's any setbacks. But he's in a good spot right now mentally and physically." Nabers actually has a chance to be good to go for Week 1 since he suffered his torn ACL in his right knee way back in Week 4 in 2025. Fantasy managers will have a better read on the former sixth overall pick's availability for the coming season once training camp gets underway in late July. Despite coming off a major knee injury, the 22-year-old has youth on his side and should continue to have high-end WR1 upside in fantasy with young QB Jaxson Dart after he caught 127 passes for 1,475 yards and nine touchdowns in his first 19 NFL games.

    From RotoBaller

Puka Nacua Mar 30 8:20pm ET
    Puka Nacua

The Los Angeles Rams remain confident in star wide receiver Puka Nacua, who is in line for a lucrative contract extension, despite some poor judgment he has recently displayed off the field. "You guys know, I trust this kid's heart," head coach Sean McVay said. "This is an opportunity for him to learn and grow, and we are hopeful that he's a Ram for a really long time." The 24-year-old from BYU has turned out to be a major value pick for the Rams after they selected him in the fifth round (177th overall) in 2023. Nacua has quickly become one of the top receivers in the NFL after just three seasons, making the Pro Bowl twice and leading the league in 2025 in catches (129), while adding a career-high 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns in 16 regular-season games. He even outscored Jaxon Smith-Njigba in fantasy to take home the WR1 crown. Nacua has a ridiculous total of 313 catches, 4,191 yards, and 19 touchdowns in just 44 career games. He's the real deal and will be a first-round fantasy asset in 2026 redrafts.

    From RotoBaller

Davante Adams Mar 30 7:50pm ET
    Davante Adams

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that the Rams explored trading veteran wide receiver Davante Adams this offseason, but ultimately, he's expected to remain with the team for a second year doing into the 2026 season, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. The Rams also considered trading for Philadelphia Eagles receiver A.J. Brown, which would have pushed Adams out of L.A. "We are glad he's a Ram," McVay said. The Rams were transparent with Adams through the process. The 33-year-old six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro pass-catcher took the Rams' offense to a new level in his first year with the team in 2025, catching 60 of his 114 targets for 789 yards and a league-high 14 touchdowns in 14 regular-season starts. It was the third time in his career that he's led the league in TD receptions. Puka Nacua is still the alpha receiver in the Rams' offense, but Adams will continue to get his as a touchdown-dependent WR2 with plenty of injury risk in L.A.'s high-octane and high-scoring offense.

    From RotoBaller

Jordan Addison Mar 30 7:40pm ET
    Jordan Addison

The Minnesota Vikings will pick up the fifth-year option on wide receiver Jordan Addison, according to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team. The fifth-year option will pay Addison $18 million fully guaranteed for the 2027 season. The Vikings still believe in Addison despite posting a career-low 610 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 42 catches (79 targets) in 14 games in his third year in the league. The 24-year-old former 23rd overall pick in 2023 out of USC had career-low numbers across the board, but it wasn't all his fault. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy struggled with consistency and injuries in his first full year as the Vikings' starter under center, and he could just never get on the same page with either Addison or All-Pro wideout Justin Jefferson. This could be a great time to buy low on Addison in dynasty leagues, hoping that he can bounce back in 2026 and beyond with Kyler Murray potentially having the leg up to start for the Vikings at QB. Addison had 133 catches on 207 targets for 1,786 yards and 19 total touchdowns in his first two seasons in the NFL.

    From RotoBaller

Bucky Irving Mar 30 4:10pm ET
    Bucky Irving

After a breakout rookie season in which he totaled over 1,500 scrimmage yards and eight touchdowns in 2024, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving recorded an underwhelming follow-up campaign in 2025. The 23-year-old recorded 865 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns on 203 touches, and missed seven games due to foot and shoulder injuries. In the offseason, Tampa Bay signed veteran back Kenneth Gainwell to a two-year, $14 million contract. Gainwell recorded 73 receptions for 486 yards on 85 targets as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2025, so he figures to take some work away from Irving in the Buccaneers' passing game at the very least. After Irving's injury-plagued 2025, Tampa Bay could be prioritizing keeping him healthy throughout the season by limiting his touches on a game-to-game basis. Irving still carries significant fantasy upside in dynasty formats, but he profiles more as an RB2 than a sure-fire RB1 heading into 2026.

    From RotoBaller

Kenneth Walker III Mar 30 4:00pm ET
    Kenneth Walker III

After being named the MVP of Super Bowl LX while playing for the Seattle Seahawks in February, running back Kenneth Walker III landed a lucrative three-year, $43 million contract in free agency from the Kansas City Chiefs in March. Even while losing carries to fellow Seahawks back Zach Charbonnet (knee) throughout 2025, Walker III still finished the season with 1,309 scrimmage yards and five touchdowns on 252 touches. In Kansas City, Walker III profiles as the clear RB1 and could surpass the 300-touch mark for the first time in his NFL career. Injuries remain a slight reason for fantasy managers to take caution with Walker III, as he missed 10 games over his first three seasons as a pro. The Chiefs' offense could also struggle early in 2026 as star quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee) works his way back from the torn ACL that ended his 2025 campaign. Still, Walker III's value in dynasty formats is surging as he enters his first season in Kansas City.

    From RotoBaller

Bo Nix Mar 30 3:40pm ET
    Bo Nix

Denver Broncos Owner and CEO Greg Penner said that quarterback Bo Nix (ankle) is "ahead of schedule" and "doing very well" in his recovery from ankle surgery, per Zac Stevens of DNVR. Nix suffered a fractured ankle in Denver's AFC Divisional round win over the Buffalo Bills that ended his 2025 postseason run prematurely. However, it sounds as though the 26-year-old is on track to be a full participant with the team throughout the summer. Across 17 games in 2025, Nix completed 63.4% of his pass attempts for 3,931 yards, 25 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. His ability to impact games with his legs is a big part of his fantasy appeal, as he's rushed for 786 yards and nine touchdowns on 175 attempts through his first two NFL seasons. Nix also got some additional pass-catching help this offseason when Denver traded for former Miami Dolphins wideout Jaylen Waddle. As long as he continues to progress well with his recovery, Nix profiles as a borderline fantasy QB1 heading into 2026.

    From RotoBaller

Emeka Egbuka Mar 30 3:40pm ET
    Emeka Egbuka

The number 19 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka recorded 63 receptions for 938 yards and six touchdowns on 127 targets across 17 games. The 23-year-old stepped into a larger role in the Tampa Bay offense than might have been expected immediately after he was drafted, as Buccaneers wideouts Mike Evans, Chris Godwin Jr., and Jalen McMillan all missed significant time due to injury. Heading into 2026, Evans has departed the Buccaneers for the San Francisco 49ers in free agency, and Egbuka looks like the clear WR1 in Tampa Bay. Egbuka's overall stat line from 2025 was weighed down by a quiet close to the year, as he averaged just 4.25 targets per game over his final four games played when the Bucs' wide receiver room was at its healthiest. Now that he's in a clear leading role, Egbuka could easily emerge as a fantasy WR1 as soon as 2026. He profiles as a top-12 wide receiver in dynasty formats.

    From RotoBaller

Cooper Kupp Mar 30 3:30pm ET
    Cooper Kupp

In his first season as a member of the Seattle Seahawks in 2025, veteran wide receiver Cooper Kupp hauled in 47 receptions for 593 yards and two touchdowns on 70 targets across 16 games. While Kupp was finally able to make it through a full season after missing 18 games due to injury between 2022 and 2024, his production declined sharply from his peak years as a member of the Los Angeles Rams. Fellow Seahawks wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba emerged as one of the best pass-catchers in the NFL in 2025 and should continue to dominate targets in Seattle in 2026. The Seahawks also re-signed wide receiver Rashid Shaheed to a lucrative three-year contract in free agency, which could push Kupp even further down the target pecking order. While Kupp is still a trustworthy veteran whose role in the Seattle passing game is unlikely to be completely minimized, his fantasy value in dynasty formats is fading rapidly as he enters his age-33 season.
