The New York Jets signed free-agent kicker Younghoe Koo to an undisclosed deal on Wednesday, sources told Connor Hughes of SNY. Koo spent seven years with the Atlanta Falcons, where he was named a Pro Bowler in 2020. The 31-year-old veteran kicked with the Falcons and New York Giants in 2025 and went 6-for-9 on his field-goal attempts and 13-for-14 on extra-point tries in only six games played. Going into his ninth year in the NFL with Gang Green, Koo will be competing with Cade York and Lenny Krieg for primary placekicking duties in 2026. Even if he wins the gig to start the 2026 regular season, fantasy managers should have much better options at the kicking position. For his career, Koo has an 85.3% success rate on his 217 field-goal attempts (29-for-42 from 50-plus yards) and has made 95.9% of his extra-point attempts in 98 career games.

The Miami Herald's Omar Kelly writes that quarterback Quinn Ewers was the "best quarterback" of Wednesday's OTA session. The former University of Texas standout threaded a seam pass to tight end Ben Sims during 7-on-7 work and was "significantly more aggressive" with his throws. The 23-year-old also threw a touchdown pass to undrafted rookie receiver Donaven McCulley. The Dolphins signed former Green Bay Packers QB Malik Willis to a three-year, $67.5 million deal in free agency in March, so Ewers, a seventh-round selection last year, will be competing for the No. 2 role this summer with Cam Miller and rookie undrafted free agent Mark Gronowski. Ewers appeared in four games (three starts) near the end of his rookie campaign after Miami benched Tua Tagovailoa and completed 66.3% of his 83 pass attempts for 622 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions while going 1-2 as a starter.

After missing both of the Buffalo Bills' playoff games in January, running back Ty Johnson (ankle) is back to 100% health and has been taking part in the team's OTA practices this offseason, according to Jeffrey Barnes of the Bluefield Daily Telegraph. In his third year in Buffalo in 2025, the 28-year-old played in 17 regular-season games but saw only 50 rushing attempts for 200 yards and a career-high three touchdowns while adding 24 receptions for 263 yards and two more TDs on 33 targets. The former sixth-rounder by the Detroit Lions in 2019 out of Maryland will continue to be a sparsely used change-of-pace back in Buffalo (mostly on passing downs) behind starter James Cook III and alongside Ray Davis. If something were to happen to Cook, Davis, not Johnson, would most likely see the majority of early-down snaps for the Bills. With limited opportunities probably coming again in 2026, Johnson should go undrafted in most redraft leagues. In half-PPR formats, RotoBaller has him ranked as the No. 73 RB for 2026.

Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (leg) looks freshly healthy during OTA practices this week and was cutting laterally like he did before suffering a season-ending leg injury in 2025, according to Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer. Sanders played in 13 games (five starts) last year in his second season in the NFL before suffering a broken right fibula in December that required surgery. The 23-year-old former fourth-rounder (101st overall) in 2024 out of the University of Texas caught 29 of his 34 targets for 190 yards and one touchdown before his injury. He's batting Tommy Tremble for the title of top pass-catching TE in Carolina, but Sanders has more fantasy upside long-term if he can stay on the field. Tremble is the better blocker of the two, and Sanders caught 33 passes for 342 yards and a score in 16 games (eight starts) in his first year in the league for the Panthers. Until we see more from Sanders in Year 3, he'll merely be a TE streaming option when bye weeks hit in 2026. RotoBaller currently has Sanders ranked as the No. 39 TE going into the upcoming campaign.

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said that Quentin Johnston, Tre' Harris, and Ladd McConkey have "clearly been the top three" wide receivers for the Bolts throughout the offseason program, according to Kris Rhim of ESPN. Harris, 24, was the 55th overall pick in the second round in last year's NFL draft out of Ole Miss. He caught 30 of his 43 targets for 324 yards and just one touchdown in 17 regular-season games (10 starts) for the Bolts, but he appears primed to take on a bigger role in Year 2 under new offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel with veteran Keenan Allen still a free agent. Harris' fantasy stock for the 2026 season would take a major hit if Allen were to re-sign in L.A. While Harris has an opportunity for a bigger role this year, he will be battling for the WR3 role with fourth-round rookie Brenen Thompson, and he'll most likely go undrafted in 12-team fantasy football leagues this fall. Philadelphia Eagles rookie first-round wide receiver Makai Lemon is already working with the starters during 7-on-7 drills at OTA practices, according to Eliot Shorr-Parks of 94WIP.com. It shouldn't exactly be a surprise after the Eagles traded up in the first round to take the former USC star with the 20th overall pick. The 21-year-old could immediately become Philly's WR2 behind DeVonta Smith in 2026, with the expectation that the Eagles will ship Pro Bowler A.J. Brown to the New England Patriots at some point next week. Neither Brown nor Dontayvion Wicks is present for OTAs this week, which helps, but that shouldn't take away from the fact that Lemon is expected to be a big part of the Eagles' offensive reboot this year under first-year offensive coordinator Sean Mannion. Lemon has an opportunity for a big role in Year 1, but he will most likely be overvalued in fantasy in an offense that still has talented tight end Dallas Goedert and star running back Saquon Barkley. Target Lemon as more of a WR4/flex in single-year fantasy leagues this fall.

Seattle Seahawks tight end AJ Barner (undisclosed) was not taking part in the team's OTA practice on Wednesday while recovering from undisclosed offseason procedures, head coach Mike MacDonald told Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times. Barner started all 17 regular-season games in 2025 in his second year in the league, although he did battle through some ankle and shoulder injuries along the way to catch 52 of his 68 targets for 519 yards and six touchdowns. The 24-year-old former fourth-rounder in 2024 out of Michigan finished as the TE14 in half-PPR formats. He should be ready by the time training camp rolls around at the end of July, but Barner is no sure thing to repeat or exceed his numbers from his sophomore campaign with Elijah Arroyo still in the fold and reportedly taking a step forward in his development. If Arroyo earns more targets, as is expected, Barner could take a step back in Year 3. Barner is considered an offseason faller and has dropped to No. 28 in RotoBaller's fantasy TE rankings for the 2026 season.

The Seattle Times' Bob Condotta suggests that Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) might not realistically be able to return in 2026 until midseason after tearing his ACL in the team's Divisional Round win over the division-rival San Francisco 49ers just over four months ago. The 25-year-old will absolutely miss the start of the 2026 regular-season opener, which makes him an obvious candidate to begin the year on the Physically Unable to Perform list, sidelining him for at least the first four games. Seattle let Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III walk in free agency to the Kansas City Chiefs, but they added Emanuel Wilson in free agency and selected former Notre Dame back Jadarian Price in April's rookie draft. With Price a real threat to handle significant touches right away in his first NFL season and because of his serious knee injury, Charbonnet's redraft fantasy stock has taken a big hit. He's currently ranked as RotoBaller's No. 57 RB. Charb proved last year that he was ready to take on a bigger role in Seattle, but he may not get back to that level of production until 2027.

Super Bowl 50 MVP pass-rusher Von Miller said on Wednesday that he is "for sure" playing for a team in 2026 and that he has already lobbied Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton for his former team to sign him, according to Jeff Legwold of ESPN. The 37-year-old remains unsigned after posting nine sacks in 17 games (three starts) in his lone season with the Washington Commanders in 2025 in his 14th year in the NFL. Miller spent his first 11 seasons with the Broncos and was traded to the Los Angeles Rams just before the deadline in 2021. He had 110.5 of his 138.5 career sacks in Denver and was the MVP of the team's most recent Super Bowl win. Miller played 37% of the defensive snaps for the Commanders last year and appeared in all 17 games. His nine sacks were his highest total since the 9.5 sacks he had for the Broncos and Rams in 2021. Miller is tied with former teammate and Hall of Famer DeMarcus Ware for 13th on the NFL's all-time sack list at 138.5. It would be a pretty cool story for Miller to finish his career in the Mile High City, where it all began.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) was not at the team's OTA practice on Wednesday, a source told Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football. However, he has been working out with his trainers on a daily basis and is preparing for the upcoming 2026 season. Kamara has reportedly considered retirement this offseason after missing the final six games of last season due to an MCL sprain and an ankle injury, and his future in the Big Easy is up in the air. The 30-year-old veteran said he is excited to work alongside new backfield addition Travis Etienne Jr. this year, but it's still a question mark as to whether he's back with the Saints this fall. The five-time Pro Bowler played in a career-low 11 games last year and had just 471 rushing yards and one touchdown on 131 carries while adding 33 receptions for 186 yards and no touchdowns through the air. Even if Kamara returns to the Saints in 2026, he'll be the clear No. 2 behind Etienne. The nine-year veteran hasn't had a single 1,000-yard rushing campaign, but his prowess as a pass-catcher made him a high-end RB1 in his prime. After Kamara's injury to close out last year and the addition of Etienne in the offseason, he has plummeted to No. 59 in RotoBaller's RB rankings for the upcoming campaign.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson said he "absolutely" wants to stay with the Ravens long-term, according to Giana Han of The Baltimore Banner. Owner Steve Bisciotti said the team wanted to sign the two-time MVP to a contract extension before the start of free agency in March, but general manager Eric DeCosta later said they "ran out of time" and were forced to restructure Jackson's contract instead. Baltimore lowered the 29-year-old's 2026 salary cap hit to $34.39 million by restructuring his contract, but his 2027 cap hit will increase to $84.34 million. Jackson didn't answer whether he wants to bet on himself and play out this season, and was mum on the details of his contract talks with the front office. The former 32nd overall pick back in 2018 out of Louisville is coming off an injury-plagued and disappointing 2025 campaign, but he appears motivated and re-energized while learning new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle's scheme for the upcoming season. Atlanta Falcons head coach Kevin Stefanski said that quarterback Michael Penix Jr. (knee) has not yet been cleared to take part in 11-on-11 drills during OTA practices, according to Marc Raimondi of ESPN. Penix suffered a partially torn ACL in his left knee last year and underwent season-ending surgery in mid-November. The 26-year-old former eighth overall pick in 2024 out of the University of Washington has already taken part in 7-on-7 drills and has done individual work during the Falcons' offseason program, but he's still behind as he eventually looks to compete with Tua Tagovailoa for the starting QB gig this summer in training camp. Reports have suggested that Penix is doing great in his rehab, but until he's at full speed, he'll be fighting an uphill battle to win the starting QB job to open the 2026 campaign. There are plenty of playmakers in Atlanta in an offense that could improve under Stefanski, but Penix's injury history alone -- he tore his ACL twice in college -- has seriously put a damper on his long-term fantasy outlook.

Despite tearing his Achilles tendon in the postseason back in January, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (Achilles) is holding out hope that he'll be ready for the Week 1 regular-season opener in Australia against the division-rival Los Angeles Rams, according to Cameron DaSilva of Rams Wire. Making it more difficult for Kittle is the fact that the team will have to leave much earlier than they would for a regular road game. Kittle admitted it will be a "little bit difficult" to be active for Week 1 due to the flight to Australia. Though the 32-year-old seven-time Pro Bowler only played in 11 regular-season games in 2025 due to injuries, he still caught 57 passes for 628 yards and seven touchdowns to finish as a top-15 TE in half-PPR fantasy scoring. Kittle's Achilles tear was considered a best-case scenario, but it doesn't mean he won't miss a couple of weeks early on in 2026. For that reason and because of ongoing durability questions, Kittle has fallen outside of RotoBaller's top-10 fantasy TEs going into the upcoming season.

Arizona Cardinals veteran quarterback Jacoby Brissett has continued his holdout for a new deal and is not present for the team's OTA practices this week, a source told Josh Weinfuss of ESPN. The Cardinals started their second week of OTAs on Tuesday, and they will continue on Wednesday and Friday. Brissett also didn't show up for OTAs last week and has yet to report to the team's offseason program as he enters the second year of a two-year deal he signed in March of 2025. The 33-year-old signal-caller is scheduled to make $4.88 million in 2026, with the potential to grow to $5.39 million, of which only $1.5 million is guaranteed. Backup Gardner Minshew II will be guaranteed $5.14 million. The two sides are reportedly "significantly" far apart on a reworked deal that will reward Brissett for his strong play in 2025 after he took over for the injured Kyler Murray. In 12 starts for Arizona last year, Brissett was the league's top-ranked QB from Week 6 on dropbacks, play-actions, completions, and attempts. He was second in passing yards and fourth in completion percentage above expected. Brissett will be the team's starter again in 2026 with Murray gone, but with an offense that's expected to be much more balanced under new head coach Mike LaFleur, regression is expected for the veteran gunslinger. He's ranked as RotoBaller's QB27 in redraft formats for the upcoming season.

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said on Wednesday that he expects All-Pro pass-rusher Micah Parsons (knee) to open training camp in late July on the Physically Unable to Perform list, according to Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Nothing is official yet, but the 27-year-old pass-rusher most likely will not be ready for the start of training camp, and he's also a candidate to begin the 2026 regular season on the PUP list. Parsons will still be worth drafting in IDP fantasy drafts this fall, but he'll no longer be one of the first sack artists off the board in those formats due to the potential that he misses the first three or four weeks of the regular season. Not having Parsons early on this year will be a substantial downgrade for Green Bay's pass rush. After the Packers sent two first-rounders and defensive tackle Kenny Clark to the Dallas Cowboys last year for the three-time All-Pro, Parsons was as advertised, registering 12.5 sacks, 41 tackles (19 solo), 12 tackles for loss, 27 QB hits, and two forced fumbles in 14 games before tearing his ACL in December against the Denver Broncos. Despite missing the final three games of the year, Parsons finished as the No. 23 defensive lineman in IDP leagues.

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is participating in OTAs, per Zach Selby of Commanders.com. Daniels battled through myriad injury issues in 2025, as elbow, hamstring, and knee ailments limited him to just seven games played. However, it appears as though the 25-year-old is healthy and fully ready to go entering 2026. Daniels lit up fantasy football with his dual-threat ability as a rookie in 2024, throwing for 3,568 yards and 25 touchdowns and rushing for 891 yards and six scores. If he can stay on the field, he projects as a high-end fantasy QB1 with number one overall quarterback upside. However, Daniels has a track record of shaky health that dates back to his time in college. Washington will also implement a new offensive system in 2026 under new play-caller David Blough and may prioritize keeping Daniels healthy by limiting his rushing attempts. All in all, Daniels projects as a high-risk, high-reward quarterback option for fantasy managers entering 2026.

Washington Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt (undisclosed) is dressed but not participating in OTAs on Wednesday, per Commanders beat writer Ben Standig. It's not clear whether Croskey-Merritt is dealing with an injury, but fantasy managers should monitor for updates on his status in the coming weeks. Miami Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley said that running back De'Von Achane (shoulder) will be held out of full team drills in OTAs as he recovers from a shoulder injury, per C. Miami Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley said that rookie wide receiver Chris Bell (knee) is without a timetable for his return to the field, per C. Isaiah Smalls II of the Miami Herald.
