We said at the draft that anyone on the commissioners exempt list (Josh Jacobs) is not eligible to go on our IR spot. Unfortunately the setting that I inherited from Gary allowed it. I had to change the setting from Doubtful or worse to OUT or worse. So now going forward the player has to be OUT or worse to be IR eligible. A player that is doubtful is not IR eligible any more.
