Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that right-handed reliever Blake Treinen (forearm) is set to begin a minor-league rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday. Treinen is recovering from a sprained right forearm that has kept him sidelined since the middle of April. The 36-year-old veteran will likely need at least several outings in the minors because of his long layoff, which means it's probably unlikely that he'll come off the injured list to rejoin L.A.'s bullpen before the end of the first half of the season this Sunday.
