Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has struggled to be efficient for most of the 2025 season, recording 38 catches for 497 yards and two touchdowns on 85 targets across 13 games. However, Cleveland's recent quarterback switch from Dillon Gabriel to Shedeur Sanders could prove to be a boost for Jeudy's production. In Cleveland's Week 14 loss to the Tennessee Titans, Jeudy recorded three catches for 76 yards and a touchdown on five targets. Sanders threw for 364 passing yards in the game, which was the first time a Cleveland quarterback had reached even 250 passing yards since Joe Flacco did it in Week 1. If Sanders is truly raising the ceiling of the Browns' offense, Juedy could be in line for a strong close to the season. He profiles as a low-end fantasy WR3 in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins running back Jaylen Wright recorded his first career 100-yard game in the Week 14 win over the New York Jets, handling 24 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown. Wright dominated the touches in Miami's backfield after De'Von Achane (ribs) left in the second quarter due to a rib injury. Entering Week 14, the 22-year-old running back had only played 37 snaps with 18 carries in five games this season, but he leapfrogged rookie Ollie Gordon II against the Jets. With Achane going out, the second-year back played 37 snaps and set a career high with 24 carries. Head coach Mike McDaniel said Achane could have returned to the game, but he also said Monday that Achane may require additional rest. With Achane's status for Week 15 against the Pittsburgh Steelers in question, Wright could be in line for another workhorse-type role. He'd profile as a plug-and-play RB2 in Week 15 if Achane is ruled out.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers rookie first-round running back Omarion Hampton returned in Week 14 against the Philadelphia Eagles and looked healthy, recording 13 carries for 56 yards to go with two receptions (two targets) for 11 yards and his first career receiving touchdown on Monday night. Hampton played firmly behind Kimani Vidal in his first game back since suffering a fractured ankle in Week 5, with Vidal playing 68.9% of the snaps to Hampton's 31.1%, but the split in touches was pretty much even. The rookie first-rounder's workload should gradually increase in the coming weeks now that he's fully healthy, though Vidal will maintain a role with how well he performed in Hampton's absence. Hampton is now averaging 15.3 PPR points per game in six games this season and will profile as a high-upside RB2 in a Week 15 divisional matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
From RotoBaller
Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders had his best game of the season in the Week 14 loss to the Tennessee Titans, completing 23 of 42 passes for 364 yards with three touchdowns and one interception while adding three carries for 29 yards and another score on the ground. The rookie fifth-rounder is one of three players this season to record at least 300 passing yards with three passing touchdowns and a rushing score in the same game, joining Dak Prescott and Josh Allen. Sanders' standout performance led to head coach Kevin Stefanski announcing him as Cleveland's starting QB for the rest of the season. Sanders and the Browns nearly pulled off the comeback against the Titans, but came up short on a two-point conversion to tie the game. The 23-year-old has flashed his fantasy upside in his three starts, but will face a challenge in Week 15 in severe weather conditions against a Chicago Bears defense that leads the league with 27 takeaways this season.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams second-year running back out of Michigan, Blake Corum, dominated once again in Week 14, rushing for 128 yards on 12 carries (10.7 yards per carry) and two touchdowns in the Rams' 45-17 rout over the Arizona Cardinals. Corum is one of, if not the best, fantasy football handcuff right now and is a must-add off the waiver wire if available in your leagues. The Rams' offense ranks fourth in the NFL, averaging 29.2 points per game, and Kyren Williams, the Rams' lead running back, has also been solid in 2025 but has lately been giving way to Corum to help keep him fresh for the NFL playoffs. Still, Rams coaches have expressed interest in keeping both involved, and Corum is no joke, averaging 5.45 YPC on the season. Corum remains an RB3/Flex consideration in leagues with multiple flex spots or 14 teams or more. On the season, Corum has rushed for 550 yards on 101 attempts with four touchdowns. Up next for the Rams is a big NFC clash against the Detroit Lions.
From RotoBaller
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Ryan Flournoy popped off in Week 14 with nine catches for 115 yards and one touchdown. The production mostly came in a game script that forced the Cowboys to throw a lot, combined with CeeDee Lamb (concussion), who left the game in the first half and did not return. Flournoy showed flashes of production when Lamb was injured earlier in the season and has 249 receiving yards and three touchdowns on the season. If Lamb is set to miss Week 15, Flournoy would be right back on the fantasy radar and would be viewed as a WR3/flex potential against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football. The Vikings defense has been stout against wide receivers, allowing the second fewest points to the position. In deeper leagues that have multiple flex spots or three wide receivers, Flournoy could be a good option if Lamb does, in fact, miss Week 15.
From RotoBaller
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported that tight end Zach Ertz (knee) has officially been placed on the Injured Reserve on Wednesday with a knee injury. Ertz will miss the remainder of the 2025 season after suffering an ACL tear during Washington's 31-0 loss to the Vikings in Week 14. The hit looked brutal, and emotions were high as the Commanders saw him get carted off the field. At 35 years old, we will see what the future holds for the 2018 Super Bowl Winner and three-time Pro Bowler, Ertz. On the season, he had 50 catches for 504 yards and four touchdowns (72 targets) across 13 regular-season appearances. Second-year player out of Kansas State, Ben Sinnott, is likely to step into a larger role with Ertz being done for the season, and should be on the fantasy radar in deeper formats.

Senior news writer Kevin Patra of NFL.com reported Tuesday morning that Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer spoke with wide receiver George Pickens about what most reporters and analysts considered a "lack of effort from Pickens" in the Cowboys' Week 14 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Schottenheimer said he "wasn't making a mountain out of a mole hill." In other words, Schottenheimer is not worried about Pickens' "lack of effort" and wants them both to move on to Week 15. For those who may have missed it, Pickens was the talk of the town come Friday morning, as many reporters and analysts noticed Pickens' lack of effort on a handful of plays in the nationally televised Thursday Night Football game, which was pivotal for both teams to win based on the NFC standings. Overall, it's excellent that Schottenheimer and Pickens were able to talk about it and move on. Pickens has been phenomenal this season and is likely on many fantasy football teams' playoff rosters. For the season, he has 1,179 receiving yards and eight touchdowns on 78 receptions. He has been a top-five wide receiver all season, and the Cowboys are right in the thick of things in the NFL playoff picture, so they are going to need their star wideout at the top of his game. Additionally, Pickens is a lineup lock in your fantasy rosters.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Philip Rivers has a "very real chance" of starting versus the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15 after a crazy turn of events for the Colts in Week 14, when Daniel Jones (Achilles) and Riley Leonard (knee) both got injured, leaving the Colts with no options at the quarterback position. Additionally, Anthony Richardson (eye) is on Injured Reserve. Jones is out for the year, and Leonard appears to be in danger of missing Week 15, although nothing is confirmed. Regardless, that leaves a 44-year-old man Rivers signing with the practice squad earlier this week after a successful workout with the organization on Monday, and according to NFL Insider Ian Rapaport, Rivers has a "real chance" at starting on Sunday. Rivers' final season was in 2020, where he threw for 4,169 passing yards with 24 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Ultimately, fantasy managers need to stay away from this situation, as most Week 15 managers are in the fantasy playoffs, and he won't even be a decent QB2 start in superflex leagues.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers DT Naquan Jones was claimed off waivers by the Houston Texans on Tuesday, Dec. 9. DB Jalen Mills was waived from the practice squad in a corresponding move.
From TheHuddle
Washington Commanders WR Chris Moore was signed to the practice squad Tuesday, Dec. 9, and WR River Cracraft was released from the practice squad.
From TheHuddle
Free-agent TEs Colin Granger, Dalton Keene and Gee Scott each worked out for the Washington Commanders on Tuesday, Dec. 9, while also working out DBs Keenan Isaac and Kevon Seymour.
From TheHuddle
Cleveland Browns CB Denzel Ward Jr. (calf) left the Week 14 game against the Tennessee Titans due to a calf injury, and head coach Kevin Stefanski has yet to offer an update on the cornerback's injury.
From TheHuddle
Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku (knee) has been slowed by a knee injury, and he aggravated that injury in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans on a touchdown reception.
Fantasy Spin: Njoku has fallen behind rookie Harold Fannin Jr. on the depth chart, and now he is dealing with a knee injury yet again. At this critical juncture of the fantasy season, Njoku just cannot be trusted. If you're kept him on the roster to this point, it's safe to drop him outside of deeper leagues.
From TheHuddle
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin has operated as the team's No. 2 wide receiver opposite Courtland Sutton for the vast majority of the season. However, his role in the offense has decreased lately, beginning in Week 13 against the Washington Commanders. The second-year wideout played 37 offensive snaps in that game, his lowest all season at that time, but his 68.8% route share still aligned with his season average of 71.6%. Both marks plummeted in the Week 14 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, as his snaps were cut in half to just 19 and his route share dipped to a season-low 39.5%. Rookie third-rounder Pat Bryant has seemingly overtaken him as the No. 2 option opposite Sutton. After leading the Broncos in targets for most of the season, Franklin's role has been cut back due to his inconsistent hands and limitations as a run-blocker. He profiles as a low-ceiling flex option heading into Week 15 against a tough Green Bay Packers defense.
From RotoBaller
Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud has been solid in two games since returning from a three-game absence due to a concussion. Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs wasn't his cleanest performance statistically, as he completed just 48.4% of his passes, but he made plays for the Texans when he needed to. Before his head injury in Week 9 against Denver, the 24-year-old signal-caller was starting to get into a rhythm. In Weeks 4-8, Stroud completed 68.5% of his passes for 1,024 yards with nine touchdowns and two interceptions while adding 96 yards on 14 carries on the ground over four games. He averaged 21.1 fantasy points per game during that span, ranking as the QB9. Overall, the Texans' offense hasn't been efficient enough to support multiple reliable contributors in fantasy this season. Stroud profiles as a mid-range QB2 option in Week 15 against the Arizona Cardinals.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan (neck) has been on Injured Reserve for the entire year after suffering a serious neck injury during a preseason game in mid-August, but he seems to be getting close to a return. The second-year wideout was a limited participant every day in practice last week and has logged two limited practices on Monday and Tuesday of this week ahead of Thursday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons. His status in Wednesday's practice will likely determine if he can play on Thursday. The 24-year-old ended his rookie season on a heater, hauling in 24 of his 31 targets for 316 yards and seven touchdowns over the final five games. McMillan will be vying for targets in a crowded Tampa Bay WR room that could also be getting No. 1 receiver Mike Evans (collarbone) back in Week 15. McMillan will be an extremely volatile deep-league option if he is active on Thursday night.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs hasn't been a big fantasy factor this season, recording 44 receptions for 393 yards and three touchdowns on 65 targets. After a promising sophomore campaign last year, Downs hasn't been emphasized with three other talented pass-catchers in the Colts' offense, plus a lean towards the run with a superstar back Jonathan Taylor. With quarterback Daniel Jones (Achilles) out for the season and 44-year-old Philip Rivers expected to be the team's starter moving forward, it's possible that Downs' opportunities will increase with Rivers primarily operating in the short area of the field. The 24-year-old's fantasy upside is still capped while being limited to routes in three-wide receiver sets. Downs still profiles as a deep-league flex option for a tough Week 15 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks, but his floor is probably lower now with Jones done for the year.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney failed to deliver once again with fellow receiver Drake London (knee) missing Week 14's 37-9 loss to the Seahawks, logging just one catch on four targets for six yards. The 28-year-old nearly had a touchdown catch, but stepped on the sideline before coming back inbounds to make the reception, nullifying the score. After a 64-catch season in 2024, accumulating nearly 1000 yards (992) and five touchdowns, it has been a season to forget for Mooney, now with just 22 catches for 329 yards and one score with just four games to go. London was a DNP on Monday, so he could miss another contest, but it will likely be a boon to Kyle Pitts Sr.'s stats, not Mooney's. Week 15 brings a matchup with the Buccaneers on the road on Thursday night, against a Tampa Bay pass defense that is middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers. The veteran will likely be a risky WR4/Flex option in what will be the first round of the fantasy playoffs for most managers.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin was inactive for nine out of his team's first 10 games of the 2025 season. However, the 25-year-old has been pressed into a more prominent role in recent weeks after Denver lost veteran running back J.K. Dobbins to a season-ending foot injury in Week 10. Across the team's last three games, McLaughlin has recorded 75 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 19 touches. Broncos rookie back RJ Harvey has taken over the RB1 in Denver, which limits McLaughlin's upside. However, McLaughlin could now be one injury away from stepping into a lead role in the Broncos' backfield. In leagues with 12 or more teams, fantasy managers should consider stashing McLaughlin in a bench spot for his handcuff upside. Over the next three weeks, Denver will take on the Green Bay Packers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Kansas City Chiefs.
